Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging the services of TwinEdge Advisory, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable agreements entered into between you and TwinEdge Advisory.

Services

• Advisory offerings include Capital Raising, M&A Advisory, Cross-Border Advisory, Pitch Deck & Fundraising, and Trade, Supply Chain & EXIM Advisory.
• All services are provided subject to written agreements and mutually agreed commercial terms.

Client Obligations

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
• Ensure timely cooperation and submission of required documents.

Payment Terms

• Fees are payable upon completion of advisory services or as specified in the executed agreement.
• Applicable taxes, including GST, shall be charged as per prevailing laws.
• Ancillary or third-party charges may apply, subject to mutual agreement.

Exclusivity & Non-Dispute

• During the exclusivity period, clients agree not to appoint any other arranger or advisor for the same transaction.
• Advisory fees remain payable upon successful fund disbursement irrespective of any dispute arising between the client and the funding institution.

Limitation of Liability

• TwinEdge Advisory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Advisory services are provided on a best-efforts basis and are subject to market conditions, lender approvals, and applicable regulations.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
